We are moving out in early May. The lease expires on July 31. You can renew
the lease if you want.
Current rate: $ 1155 + some utility charges (about $60)= $1215. You only
need to pay for $750/month + utility charges.
Apartment name: Dunwoody Place (very good reputation)
It's huge, clean, two bedroom & two bathroom apartment, with washer and
dryer in it; I can loan you some simple furnishers (table, chairs, queen bed
, etc) if you want.
