I want to sublease my bedroom in Homepark. The rent is $425/month.
It's about 10 minutes walk to Gatech and 2 minutes walk to "Green Route"
school bus stop.
The house is equpped with: central air conditioner, dish washer, washer and
dryer, and high speed internet. The utility is about $60/month averagely.
My bedroom is on the third floor, very clean and quiet.
The lease starts from Dec 2009 to July 2009. The starting date is negociable.
