买家还需要一些其他参数，比如外墙材料，ranch还是两层的，厨房，卫浴是什么状态
，地板还是地毯，占地多大之类的。

。是的，找到租客了，3年租约，是此投资房的卖点。condition是move-in ready, 因
为花了2万5翻修过了。1993年的成交价是12万5。现在这个价格好比是历史最低价加上
装修费，还带租约。

房，根据您提供信息就可以决定买。
另外没有买方经纪人的客人会问很多问题，比较难交流。楼主如果很懂手续，懂得识别
买主是不是有诚意，有耐心也是可以操作。
没有经纪人的话，买房定金可以放到律师楼那边，两边都可以放心。
