1)too much back swing, head pop up and shift to target, then move in O shape
counter clock wise...
2)head move too much during the entire swing, KJ choice head move is the
smallest, AK very small, Tiger is the largest of the three, tiger heading
sinking a little
3) arms - shoulders triangle is no good. right shoulder too low

-swing-video. Especially, you don't know how they hit it.
Definitely it's a good way to learn golf by analyzing your own swing and
other pros. I do it quite often as well. I used to do a lot analysis frame
by frame. Now I am more focusing on the fundamental things, like stance,
grip, shoulder/knee position, and head position.
as far as the swing dynamic is concerned, it's not easy to copy pros since

You have very good set-up at address and impact position.
But, I would recommend you to video tape a real swing (with ball) instead of
practice swing (without ball). They may look quite different from my
experience.
working on your backswing. It seems that you have a reverse pivot. You seems
lost your spine angle in the 2nd pic, left shoulder too high (without DTL
view, it's hard to tell though).

解决：把backswing缩短到左肩刚刚过下颌，对应的手部位置是1030 -- 1100 hour位置

有个说法：如果你想改一个问题，比如说你想修正10%，那么你练习的时候一定要照着2

could be that the speed of my backswing is fast, so that left elbow break at
the top, also results in loss of spine angel.
yeah, the flex of my knee reduced during backswing, so my head popped up.
while tiger sinks his head.
anyway, my swing looked uglier than I thought it was ( i thought it improved
a lot after reading Ben hogan book).
will do separate exercise to just feel the rotate of spine and arms... and

learn it systematically.
If you insist on learning by yourself. Here is a pdf file about swing
concepts ( from one of the instructor) that helps me a lot. see attachment.
you can also go to golfwrx.com, Swing/Fitness/Beginners forum. lots of
people discuss golf swing and drills there. two instructor are famous there
who teach hogan-like swing. slicefixer and dfw1500. pay attention to their
posts.

- Grip
- Allignment
- Position (ball position)
- Posture
这四个都不是swing, 而是swing之前的set-up. 它们的共同点是：你对它们拥有100%的
控制。至于每一条该怎么做，你一定要找个instructor。每一条都要特别solid，怎么
强调都不过分。

他观察了很多的现象，然后说，你也该这么做，你就能把球击打好了。根本就不是这么
回事？否则那几个和ben hogan动作很象的人怎么说？
包括这个人自己？ 我知道一个好的教练和一个好的球员之间有差别，但如果他那么自
信的话，应该还是能，至少，我们这skins game里该听说过他的名字。
高尔夫这项运动奇妙在于，它受打球的人的心理活动太紧密相关了。而心理活动受球场
的设计有关，和一些具体的地理情况有关，或者就是打球的人的自我压力等等，，这些
都使得一个本来简单的状况变得很难。或者，让打球的人容易自我怀疑。
比如对我来说，无论我站的姿势，我怎么握球杆，我基本上都能击出些高质量的球，这
和很多球员在球在不好的落点，或者很糟糕的状况能打出好球差不多，这些自然状况自
然都违背书里要求的，什么站姿势，腿，膝盖，转体顺序等，因为自然情况不允许呀。
为什么还能打出好球？ 是因为他们都设法让球和球杆的接触很好，这就够了。
只要能设法保持好的接触，其它的，什么姿势什么的，拍2照片，video，对镜子照照，
也都出来了。

and body connected. of course , your will feel awkward and restricted at the
beginning. Try just half swing first.
Actually, you could put gloves under both armpits. Pardarig does that too, I
believe.

能是美国最好的会计专业，只有1年，这意味着他们的学业很忙，也就是他没什么时间
练习。
他在UT选的golf课，上了一学期。
我发现他和我打球，他的成绩不差，很多洞他能确保有bogey，成绩也许在45-50之间。
我认为这对只打了1年的人相当不错，well, 确切的说，他打球的次数更少。
我觉得他做的好的地方是，他的节奏很好，，就是保证球能直着出去，那怕是爬着出去。
我们这很多人都是从零开始学的，有很多学习的办法，我们都在这最有效的办法。
golf swing这个动作真得很复杂吗？ 看看电视里用的机器来击一个driver,就是那么一
下，当然机器有很多固定的部分，但机器击球那手臂没这样或那样的rotation等等。
我想说的，从基本的物理开始起，结合球杆的设计，特别是球杆面，多思考。
