golf swing is a left side (left hip, leg, arm) PULL action or right side
PUSH action or both.
Which makes more sense to you?
Let's hear your opinion. | p******g 发帖数: 321 | 2 I feel left hand is the guide, right hand is the power. Just need to make
sure right hand do not power too much to affect the guide... | A*f 发帖数: 3067 | 3 both

i was trying to give the 2nd experiement to discuss the PULL concept. Well,
from my understanding.
let's define PUSH first. image a box in front of you, and you use two palms
of your hands to move it from the behind, it's push.
PULL, if you drag it from the front panel, it's PULL.
for golf, it's hard to image that you are PULLing the ball from "behind",
where it's the club face contacting the ball.
i guess it's the point why the gam

as for the felling of swing a string, seems like swing medicus golf club?
for down swing, ben hogan stress that both hands and arms move as on unit
and hands pronation (rotation around the long bone of arm).
i figure when i go to a range, i will forget about the much of the theory of
golf swing. so i try to put up a note, gathered from various reading, for
check points to be used for next practice (subject to review by fellow

there is no guess work in golf swing, which is what I believe.
we can't fix problem if we don't know where is the problem. we can't know
where is the problem if we swing too fast to track.
yes, it's kind of advanced work. it's for consistent ball-striking from tee
to green-side. i use that concept for putting as well.
learning golf swing is like learning math starting from 1+1=2. no short-cut.
tempo.. i name it the 1st priority.

i have measured the time it used to take me from takeaway to top of
backswing, 0.3-0.5 seconds. simply too fast.... no wonder my arm and club
still moving after shoulder turn stop at top. so certainly my tempo was no
good.
using front view slow motion swing video taken 2 weeks ago, i've found that takeaway_to_top/top_to_impact time ratio is 2.87:1;
backswing time estimated approximately 0.46 seconds
