刚开始练，处于还不能稳定打起球的阶段。这周末可能打的太多，前一天在range打了
两桶，然后第二天又打了一个round。当时没怎么注意，打完后发现左手握起来疼，收
放不是很自如，小指根部关节附近捏上去疼，还有无名指根部。这是什么原因？握杆
不对？（应该不会，跟video学的）握的太紧？太松？击球瞬间位置不对？球杆不合适
？还是就是我太弱？希望不要弄出个骨裂啥的。

那倒是挺累人的。 | N**E

不打球,休息几天就好了. 产生的原因基本上是劳损. 手指已经疲劳,已经抓不住那么高
速度的球杆,还要继续猛抡,结果就有点拉伤. 我想平时增加些握力练习应该对避免这种
受伤有帮助. 另外,练球也要有度,过多了会适得其反.

发帖数: 815 | 6 我刚练也是如此。一是要放松grip pressure，二是别想着打太远。休息几天就好了。
如果你还是那么发烧，建议可以去练推杆。 | w*******d

后面的都是driver,wood,long iron使劲抡，因为这几个打的最没谱。可能练过头了。

learned this game for 9 months, and I haven't touched woods or driver yet.
I do not recommend my approach, I'm just saying that.

发帖数: 40 | 13 不用的话，下场没法打球啊，难道tee off都用5 iron？另外，还挺喜欢driver打正了
的感觉，wood对我来说最难打。当然用这些杆经常会丢球，但是经不住偶尔打出一杆好
球的诱惑。

my very first time on golf course is to accompany a friend from china. he
didnt bring his clubs, so we went on course with my iron set (i dont have
any woods or driver), we were thinking of sharing one set, since my duddy
doesnt like driver, and his 3i can hit 200 easily.
after few holes, the course marshal came to us, told us it is not allowed to
share clubs, and each player need to have his own set. we told them o

swing difference between an iron and a driver, but the fundamentals in the
golf swing are pretty much the same. You can improve your swing mechanics
through hitting both irons and a driver.

s completely gone.
no hard lie, practice fewer balls (with longer interval), smooth swing tempo
, play fewer rounds, fully warmup, work out at gym, should help
