Golf中的膝伤的一点心得
最近半年发现下山下楼，右膝无力，下蹲到135度（大小腿之间的角度）时最软弱，膝部内侧按压有异感，估计是韧带拉伤后发炎了。
就下决心把膝盖的解剖，和膝盖相关的运动损伤及恢复，大概了解了一下。
下面把我的一点心得贴出，跟大家讨论一下，不对的地方欢迎指正。
解剖：
膝盖是人体最复杂的关节，基本上由5条韧带（Ligament，bone-to-bone）连接3根腿骨，加上软骨（Cartilage），肌腱（Tendon，muscle-to-bone），滑囊（Bursae），和滑液构成。
图1是人的右膝面向我们，下面是中英对照 （注意：图中没画连接膝盖儿的韧带

Fortunately, never had problem with my shoulder after my first Golf-year.

surprisingly, i didnt feel the same pain after few times of skiing.
maybe skiing cure it. //kaka
