plant some bent grass, or bermuda, and dig some hole, throw in some sand to
create bunkers...
good for both landscaping and golf
lots of big house in pebble beach has a good size green w/ bunkers in front

至少一倍。

golfer "borrow seeds" is not called "steal"...
i was thinking to grass some bent/bermuda/blue/whatever grass in yard.. however, haven't play once yet this year.... plus only good course provides carts with seeds...
don't know how to make green: cut grass that short like cement surface?
recently saw several practice green sprayed with sands and seeds...

就是整个假的，那也是近1万的budget.
而且没啥意思。。

i make same mistakes on green as i make on carpet.
maintain backyard green is just too much hussle, just look how many people i
n local club work on the green, you would think it is a mission impossible.
the sad part is that my wife plan to change carpet to hardwood. //kaka

可以练劈竿了， 估计有７０码。 还设了 ３－４ 个小TEE BOX， INTERESTING OWNER
。。。although I think he should add one tee box on the left side of swimming pool, so that the swing pool becomes a water hazard... .. add one tee box in the front yard, maybe practice full pitching wedge high fly over the wing house.... 0-100 yard game all covered... : o )
估计去年 ３／４月份 ８0---90 万就可以搞定了。。。
这种房子一直在降价。。。

i did practice pitching/chipping at backyard occassionally, but few balls ar
e flying over the fence landed to neighbor's yards. no complain yet.
it is very useful. since i practice it before i cut the grass, just treat it
as rough.
