stretched to make a big back swing. A shorter back swing eliminates the
problem and also gives me better control. |

发帖数: 341 | 3 Yeah, I think one of my largest problems was I tried to shift my weight by
swinging my whole body to the back which straightened my whole body. From my
instructor's advice: try purely rotate your body. The drill did help me
stabilize my upper body right away.
Hope this drill will help other people. |
