general speaking, beginner tend to slice, and pro tend to hook.
for your case, maybe you were slicing, but for short sticks, it is not easy
to show, and the error was magnified with driver and woods.
Now with your game progressed, naturally you would hook your short irons.
without seeing your actual swing, couldn't comment on how much your hook.
but with slightly draw for irons are good thing to have, easy to work the
ball around.

连打了几天好球，今天忍不住叫儿子一起去看看。尼玛，不知道是不是太想表现，很多

What I did this morning was to remind myself when hitting short iron
" Just relax,no over swing, I can do it"
The balls flew higher and straighter.
