canon s30 digital camaria
+tripode
canon s30 only takes 30 seconds for 320*120 resolution video, 30 seconds are
too short, actaully. but the good thing is , one video, one swing. I dn't need
to worry too much for editing it.
the tripode costs me 15 bucks from walmart.its purpose is . i can take my
video by myself instead of asking help from others.
now, i guess more advanced digital cameras have more video times and high
resolution.

viewing, even ur not using a high speed cameria (like mine), it's still ok

the key frames are missing. The speed is not enough.

i guess so.
usually, I use the video to check my setup, swing plane and tempo.
i didn't follow what that guy said at that technial article.
