那就得把绿卡或者表明身份证的证件复印件寄过去

course:

To get CHL in Texas, you need to complete a 10-hr classroom training course
plus 50 rounds of range qualification (very easy to pass), take a simple
written test, pay $140 state fee, file some paper work, wait 2 to 3 months
to get it mailed to you, if you meet all the CHL requirements.
