发帖数: 460 | 5 对，除了FOID，还要申请市里的CFP（Chicago Firearm Permit）。如你所言，这个100
刀管三年，另外每注册一把枪还要另交15.下面是申请CFP的规定，其中的(d)项必须上
课才能获得，有很多靶场和私人侦探都提供CFP课，我当初花了100刀学费。另外申请
CFP必须本人亲自去市警局“Police Records Customer Service Section”(PRCSS)，
地址是4770 South Kedzie Avenue，坐Orange Line地铁可达。
When submitting the CFP application, the applicant shall bring the following:
(a) The applicant's Illinois firearm owner's identification number and a
copy of the applicant’s FOID card;
(b) Two identical photographs of the applicant taken within 30 days
immediately prior to the date of filing the application, equivalent to
passport size, showing the full face, head and shoulders of the applicant in
a clear and distinguishing manner;
(c) The applicant’s Illinois driver’s license number or Illinois
identification card, and a copy of the applicant’s driver’s license or
Illinois identification card;
(d) An affidavit signed by a state certified firearms instructor to provide
firearm
training courses which includes the following information:
(1) The name and signature of the applicant;
(2) The name, address and phone number of the instructor;
(3) The location where the training occurred;
(4) A statement that the training provided at least one hour of range
training and four hours of classroom instruction that is in compliance with
rule 2.2;
(5) A statement that the applicant successfully completed the training; and
(6) A statement attesting to the correctness of the information provided in
the
affidavit.
(e) If the applicant does not have a valid Illinois driver’s license, a
letter signed by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist, attesting that
the applicant has vision better than or equal to that required to obtain a
valid Illinois driver’s license under the standards established in the
Illinois Vehicle Code.

等 foid 下来了再去店里摸摸其他的枪再定。 主要我喜欢它全钢， 够重， 够准。

发帖数: 460 | 15 到目前为止，我还没找到一家肯给芝加哥downtown寄子弹的商家，你要是找到了说一声
。我一般在去威斯康星靶场的路上有一家walmart买，10块9毛一盒50发9MM，如果算上
邮费的话，和网上买也差不多。 |
