resident or citizen, better play safe.
But it does not make any sense to ask you to ship to FFL before he pays you
You should get his money first, and then ship the gun
If he does not agree, find another buyer |

who is
not in very good health condition.
I thought he did not do this business anymore. Maybe I am wrong. This is a
family business. The address is his home.
Another choice is storied firearms on west hwy 290. It is a formal business
. I also did business with them. Decent people.
Both FFLs charge $25 on each gun.

It is open to public
As long as the FFL is valid, it does not matter which FFL to choose
But, never ship your gun to the FFL unless you get the money into your
account.
