还是IBM够狠，前几天放卫星说要研究10nm工艺。

把一个IDM改成代工厂要花很多功夫
纽约的厂新建，买了charter
然后ibm的所谓HKMG走错路，
闹得32nm刚刚上线
计划执行能力，还是老英牛差
32-->28需要解决的问题不多，GF应该很快就能上28
half node对代工厂是个好主意
预研5年，其实现在是应该开始10nm研究了
22nm已经技术锁定了，15nm也就两年后，下来就是10nm
看着俺的carrier要撞墙了，nnd
