AsRock for 105, where as Gigabyte is 100 after rebate.
Which one is a better mobo? I am thinking about building a i5-3570k, no GPU
machine, which 4-5 hdds.

AsRock.
"It is a tough call, they are both great boards. The GIGABYTE does have
larger heatsinks, but I think I would lean a little bit toward ASRock, just
due to it supporting DDR3 2800, it has a second PCI E 3.0 16x slot, and it
has more reviews.
But again, they are both great boards. I think you would be happy with
either of them." |

The D3H seems to be larger than AsRock.

温度有点高，60多度70度比较常见
我建议asrock |

I have decided to go with AsRock as it fits my needs better. Instead of
ordering from newegg, I am going to order from amazon, which price matched
newegg. I need to pay 10% tax, but the return policy is so much better. |
