starting from gliding on ice:
two feet on ice, shoulder width apart, deep knee bends.
now jump sideways and land with one foot on the inside
edge. don't just plant your blade right into the ice.
try gliding with your blade scratching the ice. you should
be able to do it with either foot.
can you do that?
