like to hear from people here what is a realistic estimate for the following
requirement:
1. Door to door commute to office (Lippo center) within 45 min
2. minimum 2b/1b (or large 1b/1b) with actual usable area of 60 square
meters (700 sgft and above), for a family of 2 adults and 1 toddler.
3. A relatively safe and nice neighborhood with decent income population and
decent schools.
And how about other living costs - utility, cable/phone, food, etc?
What level of life can be expected from a annual income level of HKD 1.2-1.
