The place is newly remodeled with new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors and
new double-pane window. The community has swimming pool, bbq area, club
house, fitness center etc. The room for rent has a decent size (10'X12') and you
will have your own bathroom.
The rent will be $850 including water, cable, phone and internet. The only
utility that you need to share is electricity.
