Perfect for family, good school district. The condo is 4 miles away from NIH
bethesda compus, 10 min driving (no highway, no traffic), or 15 min bus (J2
line from Montgomery Mall to Medical Center). 2 min walk from/to the bus
station. 2 min drive from interstate 270/495. It is perfect for someone who
works in Virginia and DC to commute. Water and Gas are covered. Electricity
costs between $20 (winter) to $50 (summer).I am |
