are students in TAMU. This is a gated community which opposites to the city
center park. Built in 2005, new inside and outside. Each tenants has his/her
own walk-in closet, secret bathroom and parking position. 5 min driving to
TAMU, on university bus routine, less than 5 minutes from Sorority Row, Post
Oak Mall & many others. The community is definitely No.1 or 2 choice for
college station student.
