Here is some info about my room:
located at 12th Street and 3rd ave, Union Square/East Village Area; the
smaller room (about 120 SF) for rent in a 2BR Apt; Kitchen and Bathroom are
shared.
It is a 3 FL building, the room is on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot
across the street.
Close to NYU;About 10-15min walk to Washington Square; 3min walk to
Union Square subway; Convenient in terms of commute and living.
Rent : 400$ for the whole period, including Gas/Water/Heat/Electricity/
Internet; no bargain please.
The roommates are a family, female preferred.
