There is a very good single room in a house for sublease now. It is located
in East Newark/Harrison, NJ (07029). The date is flexiable. I am going for
an internship this summer and will not be here. You can start from mid May
or the beginning for June, and end the lease at the end of Augest, or the
beginning of September. We can discuss about it.
The room is already furnitured. Have one queen size bed, two tables, two
shelves, three chairs, and a big closet. The rent is $350 per month. The
internet, A/C, utilities are all included. There is laundromat inside the
house.
20 min walk to Rutgers and NJIT, 15 min walk to Path Station which is
convenient to NYC. 2 min walk to Chinese Restaurant. 10 min walk to Grocery
stores.
