发帖数: 6523 | 3 Not only that the AP would be abandoned, I bet that your mom is not on H/L
visa, then her whole 485 would be abandoned, if she leaves before she gets
her AP. If she is on B visa now, it's nearly impossible that she'd get a B
visa again as she has shown her immigration intention now.
It's better that she wait till she gets her AP or gets her green card and
apply for re-entry permit (if she'll stay in China for nearly a year).
