As I promised to those who are interested in applying for interim EAD, here
I would like to share some information I gathered and my personal experience.
1. The location of INS office at Chicago is 10 W. Jackson Blvd.
2. It's open only from Monday to Thursday.
3. It's said there are only 600 people allowed each work day. But I did not
see any number is distributed when I wait for my turn. They let people in
from 7:00AM. I arrive there a little bit later than 7:00AM, and I was told
