What if one of the owners is a US citizen, can he run the company as an
owner without paying salary?

没有绿卡可以以owner身份开公司，前提是不拿工资，至少不能正式开pay roll拿工资
报税。绿卡和公民没有任何限制。公司income不高可以没有雇员和不开工资，否则可能
会有麻烦。 |
