我的律师让我准备EVL，但是我看到也有别的律师要OfferLetter的。

这个是有规定的要offer letter，还是IO的perference?

发帖数: 31 | 7 My case is at TSC. The IO specifically asked for the job offer letter. The
IO said:"There is no evidence of an offer of employment addressed to the
alien beneficaiary". In fact, everything was provided in the employment
verification letter. No sure if I am just the unlucky one. Still work on my
NOID...

证明多于3年的研究经历。我的律师是这么要求的。 |
