鞋？记得在那个waiver reason里一般要写I'm not being funded by the United
States or Chinese government, or any international organization.可是自己是
NIH的postdoc，而NIH是American government啊？

NIH对supporting绿卡有很多比其他fed gov更为严格的规定。包括写推荐信什么，05年
都有要求。 |

and GC after he came to our U. Of course, I did not ask if NIH will sponser
