发帖数: 65 | 1 I tried to relink my I-485 in NSC to EB1a I-140 which was approved April 21
in TSC. I have tried mail, email to both NSC and TSC, infopass, call service
center and senator office. So far, no responses at all. Please share your
expertise on this situation. Should I continue to wait or do something else?

it should have no problem. may be find an attorney? my cases were filed by
attorney so they used their liason for a similar re-link purpose. |
