CONTRIBUTION还是先谈REVIEW.
根据本版绿宝书,要第一拳就把IO打趴,所以要最先提最强的那项. 我们REVIEW最强 (40
次 10 JOURNAL),所以想先提REVIEW. 但是又听说最好先提CONTRIBUTION,这样能很好
的让IO对你的研究有个深入形象地了解,整封信比较符合逻辑,自然流畅. 可是我们
CONTRIBUTION没什么太多的证据支持,20篇文章,CITATION 只有80 (他引50),所以不打
算强调CITATION.大概只提供国家分布(20个). 其他的支持只有REVIEW和推荐信.但是如
果一开始就用REVIEW来支持CONTRIBUTION的话, 到正式讲REVIEW时就没啥新鲜感,效果
大大打折了吧?

This is what I thought, but I guess most people did what rival suggested...
the 10 criteria looks are not in a logic sequence, what was USCIS' original
intention ?

and contribution where I used media report to support, I added a note to
direct the IO to look for detailed description in the section of the media

However, I did use the order "Review, Authors, and Contributions".
My review number doubles that of yours.

吗？IO就像品菜的，吃一口就知道缺了什么，而不会太在意你是按什么顺序加的 | l******5

TO APRILWIND: 全民医保宗旨很好,实行起来就不知会变成什么样了. 最近在谈收增值
税来开源,利益重新分配起来很复杂难搞.当然, CONGRESS还是做了很多实事的. |
