问了两个律师，都说应该claim四个，以便万一有一个两个移民局不认，还有两个，估计移民官只盯着不qualify的了。 |

just RFE.
The problem is that LD is waiting for the EAD to work. Want to submit her
485 when the 140 is approved. |

发帖数: 139 | 16 是啊！当时应该坚定点。因为两个律师都这么说，其中一个是给我办NIW的,一直比较信
服他,所以也就由公司的律师claim四项。不知道还要几天才能收到RFE,也不知道是寄给
律师还是我自己。
但愿就是一个简单的RFE， 要是复杂点，真不知道公司的猪头律师会给我怎么回。 |

发帖数: 139 | 19 是不是公司的律师都这样啊。我公司的律师是从来不接电话。Email几天到几个星期才
回，推荐信自己写，cover letter 用contractor, 交申请也是外包给另外一个公司，
感觉他的工作就是收钱和添乱。中间耽误我一俩个月。。。 |

days
7) Contact my lawyer and he called USCIS on June 30 and saw LUD in the
evening
8) July 1 7:30 am, see I-140 aproval notice |
