发帖数: 2095 | 2 I had my medical examination done in May. The first thing I did there is to
inform the surgeon that their forms were expired and USCIS had started to
use new forms since February 15.
I think it is partially USCIS's responsibility. Why didn't they inform all
of their civil surgeons about the new forms.
