但一般local office 都不远, 有空去折腾就去试一下, 中午吃饭的功夫就够了.

Did you have to show some evidence why you had to do it earlier than
scheduled?
I am debating whether or not I should give it a try too.

Early in the morning, but waited for exactly two hours.
We tried to explain the reason but nobody asked us...so no explanation at
all.
