I140版要人说他们学校sponsor eb1b。

发帖数: 104 | 5 Post doc is not a title for a permanent position. You have to change it to
research scientist or research associate for EB1b. But first your boss has
to agree it, and your school has to allow it. I know some schools don't
provide research scientist title for foreigners without green card. |

EB1B sponsor from the institute. But it is very rare. It depends on whether
you can convince them to get you a letter. |
