review, no membership, even no published English Paper in Journal.
05/2010: Filed.
05/24/2010: Notice Received
09/25/2010 (注意农历 八月十八，我认为大吉日）：PP request was sent
09/27/2010: Case was updated online and told that PP request was received.
09/28/2010: Soft LUD.
10/06/2010: Another Soft LUD.
10/12/2010: Receive Approval Notice (公司小蜜 差点把它扔了，幸亏我去问了，本
来想要问有没收到PP notice， 对方说有收到，但不知道放在哪，而且告知，先报告给
老板，然后再给我看。此时我还不知道是Approval notice， 因为无权看。大约过了1
个多小时，老板电话说让我到她办公室，给我看了notice，此时我不敢相信我竟然通过
，我都准备了材料等它来NOID或REF.)

个人体会： 有时候小公司申请绿卡不一定是坏事，去年刚来这个闭塞的small town，
除了中餐馆，无中国人，非常痛苦。之后来了一个行业著名公司的offer，地处Florida
beautiful beach， 而且薪水高出这里很多，最后出于中国所谓人情，最终没去大公
司，结果把大公司的头给得罪，4次推迟了他的报到时间，最后还是没去。实在是因为
这个公司的头和我PHD老板有点熟，当时工作，老板说了好话啊，现在两个月不到就走
，实在过意不去，毕竟大家都干这行，抬头不见低头见。塞翁失马，焉知祸福啊。但是
小公司绿卡申请很方便啊，比如签字什么，直接找头就行，不需要等。我不知道到大公
司，是不是还是这么方便。
律师拒绝你的case 不一定表明你就不行，如果你的case 很强，那个律师做都可以通过
，怎么能体现律师水平呢？ 如果把弱的 做成通过的 反而体现了水平，但是风险存在
，实际上律师也就提供指导和推荐信模板，剩下就你自己在忙。钱花的值不值？就买指
导费和咨询费，说句实在，最近在MITBBS潜水，看到很多大牛的DIY经验，重新来过，
肯定自己做。

关键看公司支不支持你，头支不支持。EB1B本来就需要雇主支持，但是公司需要有做研
