foreign language with no English translation attached.Although you
highlighted what you believe to be pertinent information on the document,you
have not shown that the articles being cited are the beneficiary's work.
Title 8, CFR, Section 103.2(b)(3) states that any document containing
foreign language submitted to USCIS shall be accompanied by a full English
language translation which the translator has certified as complete and
accrate, and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent

分。当然，论文题目，杂志名，还有abstract必须要翻译。
