准备EB1B。 在前一单位工作三年，新单位二年，除了现单位的二年经验证明，
前一单位工作经验的证明信该谁出?
A: 原单位老板的推荐信?
B: 原单位人事部门的 Employment Verification Letter?
C: 原单位系主任的证明信?
D: A,B,C 都可以?

But your previous supervisor/department head would write letters for you?
They'd certainly mention it too. | r****n

It is usually easier to ask for Department chair / Boss to write a letter
which includes (at least for me):
Evidence of teaching and or research experience shall be in the form of
letter(s) from current or former employer(s) and shall include the name,
address, and title of the writer, and a specific description of the duties
performed by the alien;
As specified by 8 C.F.R. § 204.5 (ii).
For HR, for my previous employer has a specific format. I do not think they
will include the "a specific description of the duties".
