A two-part analysis is used to determine whether the beneficiary is an
individual of extraordinary ability:
• First, we determine whether the petitioner has submitted evidence to
show that the beneficiary:
o Has received a one-time achievement (a major internationally
recognized award); or,
o Qualifies under at least three of the criteria required for this
classification.
• Second, we determine whether the petitioner has submitted evidence
demonstrating that the beneficiary:
o Is one of a small percentage who are at the very top of their
field; and,
o Has sustained national or international acclaim.
这第二个部分让我RFE，需要证明： whether the applicant has achieved a level
of
expertise indicating that he or she is one of a small percentage who
has risen to the very top of the field of endeavor, he or she has shown
sustained national or international acclaim, and his or her
achievements have been recognized in the field of expertise.

另外最好有非美国得，比如欧洲得日本得推荐人，证明你得影响比较广泛。 |

发帖数: 3030 | 23 究其原因， 还是你的CONTRIBUTION没过关。 不知道RFE中承认了几条。 不管IO认了几
条， 整个RFE都要重新组织材料， 推荐信是应当再要两封， 但用处不大， 支持
CONTRIBUTION需要的是硬证据， 要将所有的材料拿来来证明Has sustained national
or international acclaim。 比如CITATION出现的期刊， CITATION作者的国家及地区
分布， 若能遍及五大洲就能说明你Has sustained national or international
acclaim。 你若有REVIEW的话， 审稿期刊的国家及地区分布及所审稿件作者的国家及
地区分布等都是很好的证据。 同时， 要仔细研究一下你的CITATION， 不可能都是
FOOTNOTES吧？ 找些有用的东西来支持CONTRIBUTION不是难事， 哪怕是你自己文章的
审查意见都比推荐信客观得多， 又或者同事间往来请教讨论问题的EMAIL， 文章发表
后有人来信讯问问题等等都可用做证据。

。我的
paper有nature review和起来review文章引用，而且是大段引用。我也做了引用国家的
统计
图，也不知道律师有没有用。看来还得要自己花功夫……
