cannot find H1 job. The best solution now is ask your spouse to do nothing
on his I-485, so you can use EAD to find a job. It gives you better chance
to change to H1 when you are divorced.
your leverage is that if he is so ruthless, you can prolong the divorce process forever through state law with a lawyer (not immigration lawyer), and during this period, you can still be in H4 (if he is H1). | h******p

但是现在ead卡都没有，也不知道什么时候批下来。而且好像用了ead卡以后就更没有机
会转f1了，是吗？
我现在9个多月了，一个月以内基本不大可能找工作基本是不可能了。
那是不是就一点出路也没有了。哭死！
如果能有任何的机会转身份，我都会愿意转，绿卡我不想要了。
