file I-485+EAD(I-765) +AP (I-131).
Toronto, in Canada this summer for her education. But if she applies for I-
485 with me, she cannot leave US unless her AP is approved. She has only two
months left. When she can get her AP approved is not under her control.
abandoned when she comes back for fingerprint,
processing for her AP or for her case, please advice & help.
