Submit evidence to establish that the petitioner had the financial ability
to pay the proffered wage as of September 21, 2010, the priority date, and
continues to have such ability. Such evidence must include annual reports, U
.S. federal tax returns, or audited financial statements.
In addition to the documents listed above, you may also include additional
evidence, such as profit/loss statements, bank account records, or personnel
records. Please note that this is in addition to, not in lieu
of, one of the three types of primary evidence listed above. If you employ
100 workers or more, you may also submit a statement from a financial
officer of the organization, establishing your ability to pay the
proffered wage.

发帖数: 4894 | 2 这个明显是IO 很仓促给个很随便的RFE。他就没看 是学校的还是公司。这个 RFE是对
公司的。
前两天有个和你的case 相似的，也是要 financial ability to pay.
对于学校的，把你的 或你老板的 funding 都列出了，然后证明你有连续拿到funding
的能力，能保证你几年工资没问题，就差不多了。
你在回复的时候也要说明为什么学校不能提供 RFE要求的那些。 | F*********o
