The material was not very well organized at the filling. Was very frustrated
...
I have one question though...
At the time of filling, the patent was still pending, and the citation was
only around 30. During this year of waiting, the independent citation almost
doubled, and the patent was granted. But on the RFE letter, it says, "the
evidence must have been in existence as of the date teh petition was filed;"
. Then How can I use the extra thing I got during the passed years???

找个律师吧，虽然很多人建议 DIY，但是律师搞多了，知道怎么 organize 材料。放心
吧，一定过。 |

patent和file之后的citation有可能用不上。看看能不能找点别的什么证据，比如说你
的研究成果被商品化了，被卖到全球各个研究机构了之类的。
我觉得你这次被rfe基本上就是运气不好，遇到了一个不讲道理的io。好好组织一下，
肯定是能过的。
在重新组织材料的时候一定要当作一个新的case来做，因为io根本就不会记得你最初提
交过什么东西，更重要的是处理rfe之后的io完全可能跟最初那个不是一个人。
希望你的case能顺利获得批准。

我目前的律师推荐是逐条回复，针对性的回复...能不能讲一下，如果当做新的case来做
，还是按照这种结构么？
还是重新写PL?

其次还得把你的所有的背景都重新讲一遍，以前申请的那些材料也都还得附上。以免io
不记得你以前讲过的背景，或者甚至是io换人。
