标 题: 请问postdoc申请绿卡的事情

请教一下：
现在已经是博士第五年，最晚下学期也要毕业了。导师提供了一个postdoc的位置。不
知道postdoc多久能申请绿卡呢？假设paper不是问题的话？ | e******r

发帖数: 6523 | 3 Immediately, if you can get an offer letter saying that the post-doc
position is without definite ending time, and your school supports EB1B. If
your school allows your boss to represent the school, things might be easier
. Oftentimes HR is involved, and you need to follow their rules.
Otherwise you can go for EB1A whenever you want, even while being a Ph.D.
student, as long as you can prove your extraordinary ability.

谁有说明职位没有具体终止如期的模板啊？
