一下，在要些推荐信，让材料更有说服力些

mater的，其实国立清华跟清华就根本不沾边

说即使23个对5篇文章来说也太少了
不过也确实是太少

写得再细点，吹得多些。不要不好意思，都这么过来的。都做到这一步了千万别放弃。
我觉得可能你的petition letter写得不够好，不如你自己再发掘一下可吹的。
PHDauthorship contribution 不会有问题的，关键是怎么present. |

"The beneficiary has met at least two criteria.
However, in each case, the totality of the evidence must establish that the
beneficiary is:
- Recognized internationally as outstanding in the academic field specified
in the petition.
A review of the record does not establish that this has been met.
The record includes evidence of the beneficiary serving as a peer reviewer.
However, peer review is an inherent part of the job of a researcher. Without
evidence that the beneficiary has reviewed a significant amount of
publications for distinguished journals, serving in an editorial position
for distinguished journals, etc., it cannot be found that such review work
is indicative of one who has attained international recognition as being
outstanding.
Evidence of the beneficiary's works, patents, conference presentations; as
well as letters of support from professionals in the field have been
submitted. However, the record does not demonstrate that the beneficiary's
work has been widely implemented or commercialized, highly cited, or any
other indicators of having garnered the beneficiary international
recognition as being outstanding. And even though the work has been
presented in conferences, referenced by others, etc., this does not
distinguish the beneficiary from other researchers in the field, or indicate
more than normal recognition in the field, as presenting or publishing one'
s work for review is expected of researchers.
As well, the letters of support, with one exception, appear to all be from
the beneficiary's schools or employer. And only one appears to be from an
individual outside the US, but this letter appears to be from the
beneficiary's alma mater. While letters of support for an I-140 petition
would be expected to include letters from colleagues and co-workers, an
individual with international recognition as being outstanding should also
be able to produce ample, independent evidence of such recognition, aside
from letters of support primarily from past or present colleagues or co-
workers written for the sole purpose of obtaining an immigration benefit.
As well, Part 1 of the I-140 contains counsel's information rather than the
petitioner's information, this causes negative results in the Validation
Instrument for Business Enterprises (VIBE) database for the petitioner. As
subh please sub new copy of Page 1 of the I-140 with petitioner's
information in Part I.

citation是没什么办法了，但重点是突出别人怎么利用了你的研究，对他们的研究有什
么帮助。仔细找找。 找个cite过你的文章的人写推荐信，说明你的工作对他们有多大
的帮助。仔细想，一定有办法的。 |

一定的启发。 如果你的专利是批准的， it is prima facie evidence of Utility 和
Novelty.

另外IO常识性的错误要不要回复的时候点明？我想打印一个NTHU的wikipedia，里面说
了一句 The two Tsinghua Universities are not affiliated with each other, but
both claim to be successors of the original Tsinghua University. 这个会不会
让IO觉得抓不住重点？

另外关于推荐信，我自己的体会是：如果你硬着头皮去跟陌生人要，当然很难， 最好
求你认识的人找他们的同事，朋友。一个简单的例子是我当初要审稿的时候，自己发了
大约３０封信，人家只是说把你加到库里，并没有直接给稿子，等了大半年才拿到两个
稿子。后来正好认识了一个教授，也是某杂志主编，直接跟瞪昵肼炭ㄒ蟾澹碧?晚上就来了三篇稿子，其中两篇还是他让其他杂志的编辑给的。 你不用担心时间，你
有足够的时间。 如果我没有记错的话，ｐｅｒｍ１４０是可以ｐｐ的。 |

花了半天时间,翻了几百条新闻,一直找到第一篇文章发表的时候,居然找到十条,管它是
不是一作的,都拿来用.
然后,就象楼上讲的,找独立的推荐信..... |
