1.在小公司工作（不然就1b了），申请1a时递的job offer letter上标注的是正式工资
，目前工作还不到半年，工作最初半年工资比正式工资每月少1千。我给USCIS递交工资
单时需要解释吗？
2.公司小，所以我的工资就是一张净收入支票，上面没显示交税记录，W2目前还没到。
我直接交支票复印件可以吗？

submitted it yet. So take what I say based on your own judgement.
Get a new employment verification letter, not just because of the
inconsistency, but also because the 485 letter should be dated later than
the 140 letter, otherwise some people have got RFE on 485 before.
The employment verification letter (addressed to USCIS, to verify that you
work there with certain salary) is not the job offer letter (addressed to
you).
Yes. But I really don't see this anywhere required in 485 instructions, and
I am planning not to submit it.
Also, now that your salary appears higher than the checks, a verification
letter is enough.
I think so. Pay-stubs are not a must.
