TSC，没有加急，
今年九月中旬收到RFE，
11月初提交response，
今天email notification，
终于approved了。
现在准备自己file 485啦。有个问题请教大家...
副申请人现在也是H1B，申请485期间
副申请人换雇主有没有什么需要注意的？比如，及时通知USCIS什么的？

You don't have to do anything until you get your green card. To keep using your H1 is the safe way to go.

本来还想着如果太复杂的话，先只file一个人的485呢，呵呵

may even use her EAD, if she thinks of it as easier, or the next employer
does not want to sponsor H1 transfer, as she is the dependent and she can
fall back to H4 in the worst case. But if she has H1 by herself, and she can
file H1 transfer, that's even safer.

嗯，副申请人要h1 transfer了，新雇主可能已经在准备材料了。
