想同时交485，但怕浪费了1000多刀，faculty工资不高啊！

485: 1070), and concurrent filing seems to make 140 response come a bit
quicker as well, let alone the green card comes quicker than filing 140
alone.

485 fee is something you need to spend later anyway. With concurrent filing
and if your 140 is approved, then that's all you need to pay.

发帖数: 6523 | 7 You can let the lawyer file the 140 first, wait for the 140 receipt notice (
maybe it takes a week to come, but make sure that you get a copy), and send
in 485 by yourself with that 140 receipt.
For EB1B, one receipt is sent to the university, and one courtesy copy of
the receipt is sent to the lawyer. You could perhaps get the one from the
university, or you can ask the lawyer to scan the receipt to you. Can you
talk to him first to make sure that he will do so?

好了，他也不愿意赚我那个钱。我们签约只签的140。
所谓concurrent，其实也是分两步走的，我的140是e-file的，收到收据后才能寄出485。
