发帖数: 75 | 1 Assume NIW PD is 01/01/2010. Assume in Jan, 2013, cutoff date become current
for me. But in 2013 and 2014, I am not in US, have no job offer in US, and
can not go through consular processing. Or my GC application at US
consulates is rejected because I have a job offer not in the same field as
in my NIW-140 petition, or rejected by all kinds of other reasons. In those
cases, will my NIW PD be still valid or not? Furthermore, assume if I
finally find a job in 2016 and come to US again, can I still use the 01/01/
2010 as my PD for green card application?
