Hi XXXXX,
I did review your cv and the following are my comments based on the 6
criteria CIS
uses to determine qualification/approvability:
1. Publications: You have 11, 2 as first author. While the number of
publications,
specifically 1st author publications is not that high, the number of
citations to
your publications is quite strong. I cannot say with confidence whether or
not CIS
would find this evidence to be satisfactory. However, I think the citation
record
helps enough that it's worth submitting.
2. Memberships: you provided me no information to evaluate.
3. Prizes/Awards: you provided me no information to evaluate. CIS does not
consider
local awards. Since this is an international category, CIS wants to see
awards that
are internationally competitive. Do you have any grant awards from
government agencies,
i.e., NSF? Do you have any patents?
4. Judge of the Work of Others: you provided me no information to evaluate.
This
should be listed in your CV.
5. Published material about your work: you provided me no information to
evaluate.
6. Original contributions, acknowledged by experts in your field, making you
an internationally
renowned expert in your field? This is where the 6-10 letters from experts
OUTSIDE
of the US come into play.
To successfully petition we must submit evidence that you meet at least 2 of
the
6 criteria above. Based on what you have submitted to me thus far, I
believe that
the publication record with the citations "may" be enough for CIS and the
that the
expert letters will ultimately be the main deciding factor, as they are with
almost
all of these petitions.
If you feel that you can garner 6-10 expert letters, from people who know
your work,
not you personally, to attest to the new, novel, ground-breaking
contributions that
you have made in your field - the contributions that have set you apart from
others
in your field and have elevated you to international renown, then I think we
can
move forward.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed with me or use one of the
four approved
local immigration attorneys that are authorized to represent UA in
immigration matters.
If you decide to use me, I will forward you some paperwork to fill out. I
currently
have a PR wait list, you would be #20 or #21 which means I would not begin
processing
your PR until this summer. However, if I can begin sooner, I will certainly
email
you at that time.

1B要证明international recognized,国际信挺有用的。
不过更重要的是看信的内容,证明你对贵领域的impact
