就是这个letter只是1年的（学校的传统，所有faculty都要每年renew的），也没有注
明是tenure-track，只是说based on my experience, the credit towards my tenure
is zero year.
我已经发过几个帖子问了，大家都觉得挺容易答复的。我现在的律师竟然建议我
withdraw，再重新file一个。我觉得没有必要再浪费580块大洋。
各位有什么建议啊？
我的case是一个版上的律师的手下在处理。如果，我直接发email给这个版上的律师，
反应这个情况，不知道好不好？

因为Eb1B 可以是teaching/researching 加一起3年，是个ph.d就满足了。看看你的RFE

发帖数: 6523 | 8 Indeed. One year on the offer letter is okay, as long as it's renewable, and
it's not only one year. The EVL should state this renewal policy to
compliment the offer letter.

Documentation to establish that there is a qualifying offer of employment.
It must be shown that the petitioner has offered the beneficiary a
qualifying offer of employment. The petitioner provided a letter from Dr.
XXX, Senior Associate Provost, stating this is a full-time, tenured track
position. This letter must be addressed to the beneficiary, and must have
been written prior to the filing of the petition.
Please submit evidence that a qualifying offer of employment exists. The
offer of employment shall be in the form of a letter from:
A United States university or institution of higher learning offering the
beneficiary a tenured or tenure-track teaching position in the beneficiary's
academic field; |

就是要证明你在file之前有3年+的teaching /researching experience.
还有,没有看到你提到的 credit to zero year of experience 字样啊？

the IO, is a MUST for EB1B application. Any green card lawyers should know
this.
Is this the only thing in the RFE? This should be very easy to answer.

credit to zero year of experience towards tenure: is in my employment letter
, which I didn't submit with my petition, in order to avoid confusion.Will
it cause questioning of my 3 years teaching experience which I had proved
from my PhD school, after I submit this letter?
But this time, I still need to hand in this letter. Meanwhile, this
employment letter only mentions that this is contract from 2011 to 2012. Do
I need to get another letter from the university to clarify that this is the
university policy to renew contract every year?

at all.

Last night, I emailed my lawyer and stated clearly that I will not withdraw
my case and waste another $580 to re-submit. I also included a draft to
address the renew issue.
Then my lawyer said the he would craft my draft. But, who knows, that how
long he will need to craft such a simple letter?!
